We stayed in a large and brand-new room that had central heating, television, and a fridge. The staff was helpful plus the location was great.

The hotel has a marvelous location in the heart of Jackson. the rooms are tastefully decorated and bright. the bed and pillows are comfortable. the staff is helpful and friendly. the vibe at the hotel is quiet and relaxing. the hotel is conveniently located just off the beach and near the restaurant.

I truly enjoyed the fact that I chose this well, designed hotel. the room itself was brand, new and had a fantastic view. the venue's location was good in the middle of Jackson. the hotel was just a 5, minute drive to a public library. the bathroom had a roll, in shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

Great view from the balcony and very close to the beach. Lovely interior design. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for the city break if you want to relax with a beautiful sea view and nearby restaurants.

The parking was difficult, and there was no hot drink making facilities in the room. The individual tiny bottles of toiletries were such a waste.

We loved being so close to the beach for a morning swim. The hotel is clean and modern with lovely sea views from some of the spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent.

the hotel was designed beautifully and was very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect and there was a lovely little beach right in front of the hotel where we swam and sunbathed. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. the rooms were spacious, with a balcony offering an amazing view of the sea.

There was some waste involved in the daily usage of individual toiletries, which could be reduced.

Value for money was amazing, with spacious and comfortable rooms, plus a beautiful view from the small balcony in the sea view rooms. The location was perfect, close to a lovely little beach and within walking distance of nice restaurants and cafes. The staff treated us with great kindness and were very helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by replacing the individual toiletry bottles with a large wall mounted pump in the shower to reduce plastic waste.

The noise from the road on the side and the local residents and revelers below could be heard, but it didn't ruin our experience. Also, parking may be an issue for those who come by car.
